Enquiries that do not become an order: up to one year. Invoicing records: six years, as Spanish commercial law requires. Video files and the photos used to make them: while the listing is active and for up to one year after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party tracking of any kind.
If you tell us you do not want to hear from us again, we stop immediately and keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you by mistake.
A video production service, delivered as digital files: a 16:9 walkthrough of roughly 45 seconds in MP4, a 9:16 vertical reel, the campaign cuts included in the pack you buy, and the listing copy as a document. Files are delivered by download link.
The video is made from the photographs published on the listing you send us. By sending us a listing you confirm that you hold the rights to those photographs, or that you are authorised to have them used for this purpose, and you accept responsibility for that. If you cannot confirm it, tell us and we will not produce the video.
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and are the full amount payable. No Spanish VAT applies to this supply, as the place of supply falls outside Spanish territory under article 69.Uno.1º of Spanish Law 37/1992. We add no local sales tax of any kind — no Australian GST, no UAE VAT, no United States sales tax — and we are not registered to collect them. Where the law of your own country requires you to account for the tax on an imported service yourself, that remains your responsibility. Payment is by card through Stripe, before the clean files are released.
All rights of exploitation in the video are assigned to you in full, irrevocably, worldwide and in perpetuity, and that assignment is included in the price. There are no payments by use, by number of views, by term or by territory. We keep no licence fee of any kind.
We may show the finished work as an example of ours unless you ask us not to. Say the word and we won’t.
The service is performed entirely from Spain.
Normally within 24 hours of receiving the listing, and in any case within five working days. Before paying you see a watermarked preview on a private page; the clean files are released once payment clears.
The Campaign pack includes one revision, returned within 24 hours. Further revisions are A$39 each.
Because the video is made to order for a single property, we cannot offer a change of mind refund once the clean files have been delivered. What we do offer instead: if the video is not what we showed you, or something in it is wrong, tell us within seven days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other consumer right you have that the law does not allow us to set aside.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where you deal with us as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
